Voice of Young People in Care (VOYPIC): Voice of Young People in Care (VOYPIC) offers these services: Advice, information, advocacy, befriending and support for young people who are or who have been in care. Promotes the rights of young people and identifies gaps in existing policy and practice. Aims to improve and develop services for all children who are in care in Northern Ireland.
