Domiciliary services and lunch club for Somali people needing care services - elderly/disabled people and those with long term health or mental health problems. Social services assessment needed for domiciliary care (includes personal, domestic and social care). Escorts for medical appointments and day centres. Lunch club open to whole community, at New Dawn Community Centre, Barnfield Road SE18.
Target Group
Somalis and others who are elderly, disabled, with long term health or mental health problems.
