Telephone helpline operating 24 hours a day offering emotional support for anyone in crisis. Offers a listening and befriending service to people who are isolated, feel in despair or who are suicidal. Drop-in 7.30am - 10.30pm 7 days a week. The national local rate Samaritans number (0845 790 90 90) can put callers through without delay to their nearest unengaged branch.

People who feel in despair, are suicidal or need to talk about their feelings.
