Service Offered
Range of services for terminally ill people in Merseyside. Bereavement support for anyone who has been bereaved, including people from the local community via GP referrals. One-to-one sessions, home visiting, group sessions as required. People are contacted two months after death and are then offered monthly telephone support. Four remembrance services a year.
Target Group
People with a terminal illness, their carers and relatives, and anyone who has been bereaved.
