Information, support and advocacy service for carers. Direct carers to other local sources of help. Support groups. Home visits. Regular newsletter. Memory Lane cafe for people with dementia. Liaise with the local authority and voluntary organisations. Office also at 129 Rose Lane, Marks Gate Estate, Chadwell Heath (020 8590 6544), drop-in Wednesday 9.30am - 12 noon.
Target Group
Carers, including young carers aged 8 - 18.

Arabic, French, Punjabi, Somali, Swahili, Turkish and Urdu.
