Information on advocacy, alarm and befriending schemes, community health services, counselling, day care, independent living equipment, help with meals, home and personal care, mobility and transport. Also information on residential, nursing home and respite care, and local social services.
Target Group
Anyone living or working in LB Merton. NB service does not cover details of services for children.
Languages
