MAAN - Somali Mental Health Project

Service Offered

Advice, counselling and information for Somali people with mental health problems and those experiencing post traumatic stress, including refugees and asylum seekers. Interpreting, home visits and can accompany people to hospital and GP appointments, social services and the police. Floating support for people at risk of becoming homeless or have difficulty sustaining their tenancy.

Target Group

Somali people with mental health problems, including refugees and asylum seekers.

Languages

Amharic, Arabic, Italian and Somali.
