Ashram Reducing Domestic Violence Project
Service Offered
Floating support service for South Asian women aged 16-65 who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence. Women are visited weekly and offered culturally and linguistically sensitive support around tenancy sustainment, debt and benefits, budgeting, daily living skills, personal safety awareness and signposting to other agencies.
Target Group
South Asian women aged 16-65 who are experiencing or who have experienced domestic violence.
Languages
Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, Mirpuri and Urdu.
