Sahil Project
Service Offered
Project for Asian women who are experiencing stress, isolation and depression. One-to-one and therapeutic sessions with qualified counsellors. Provide a befriending service through a group of volunteers. Also run daily drop-in sessions and make referrals to other agencies. Support groups, complementary therapies, head massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, information on women's health topics.
Target Group
Asian women experiencing stress, depression and isolation.
Languages
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
