Service Offered
Carer support workers provide respite care to carers of people with disabilities in their own homes. Care support workers give practical help and personal care, enabling the carer to take a break. 24 hour emergency response service (0118 945 4218). Young carers project. Weekly young carers youth group. Social club for people with disabilities and / or cognitive impairment.
Target Group
Carers, including young carers (under 18).
Languages
Polish, Punjabi, Spanish, Urdu and access to interpreters.
