Prepares bail applications on behalf of immigrants and asylum seekers in detention at Haslar Detention Centre, Colnbrook Detention Centre and Tinsley House Removal Centre. Bail applications are presented by barristers who represent detained immigrants and asylum seekers on a pro bono basis. Advice to immigrants and asylum seekers on presenting their own bail applications.
