Services for young homeless people aged 16-25. Projects across Hertfordshire provide advice and information on benefits, alcohol and drugs, finding accommodation, housing rights, health and abuse. Emergency accommodation schemes. Mental health link project works to improve mental health resources across Hertfordshire.
