Service Offered
Befriending service for Asian people aged 16+ with mental health problems or who are experiencing emotional distress. Asian mental health line 0808 800 2073 Monday and Wednesday 4pm-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 12 noon- 3pm. Assistance with accessing mental health services. Carers support service and support group for Black and ethnic minority carers. Mental health promotion in the Asian communities.
Target Group
Asian people with mental health problems.
Languages
Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, access to interpreters and Language Line.
