Sessions at Belmont House, Guisborough Monday, Wednesday 9.30am-12.30pm; Redcar Library Monday, Thursday 10am-1pm; South Bank Neighbourhood Centre Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm; Loftus Town Hall on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 1.30pm-3.30pm.
