Support and social group for Asian women. Befriending, self-confidence building, advice, referrals on housing, benefits, rights, women's issues, social service provision, health, education. Activities, courses, including health awareness, yoga, meditation, creative writing, music, computers. Translation and interpreting. Link with Age Concern. Eid, Diwali, Christmas celebrations. Outings/holidays.
Target Group
Asian women of any age, including those who are isolated.
Languages
Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
