Service Offered
Mental health and social care service for homeless people, including assessment, casework and consultation for other agencies. Open access sessions provided in local day centres for homeless people as well as street outreach work. Focus on mental health, psychology, alcohol misuse and resettlement. Somali mental health support and development worker.
Target Group
Homeless people with mental health/social care needs not currently being met by mainstream services.
Languages
Somali and access to interpreters.
