Service Offered
Help for people with anxiety problems, obsessive compulsive disorders and phobias, and their carers. Helpline Mon and Weds 10am-3pm. Counselling, groups and home visits. Confidence building group Thurs 7-8.45pm. Anxiety, phobia and OCD groups Mon 6.30-8.45pm & Tues 6.30-8.45pm at Redbridge Resource Centre, 497-499 Ley Street. Online support groups and groups on website Thurs 8pm-10pm.

People experiencing anxiety, phobias or obsessive compulsive disorders, and their carers.

Punjabi, French, German, Bengali, Urdu, Italian, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati.
