Asian Health Agency - Elders Access Project
Service Offered
Assists Asian elders to access services, such as day care, community, religious and social activities. Provides and co-ordinates transport to enable Asian elders to attend activities and services of their choice. Advice, information and advocacy services to assist elders in accessing services. Service provided seven days a week 10am - 9pm.
Target Group
Asian elders.
Languages
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
