Service Offered
Day care and support services for Asian women aged 18-65 experiencing mental distress. Therapeutic and support groupwork, emotional support and counselling, advocacy, outreach service and home based support. Aromatherapy, massage. ESOL and arts and crafts classes. Opportunities for women to do voluntary work with the project. Also run support groups in the community.
Target Group
Asian women aged 18-65 who are experiencing mental distress.
Languages
Punjabi and Urdu. Access to interpreters for Bengali and Sylheti.
