Advice, information, pre-vocational and vocational training the local communities, particularly minority ethnic communities, helping them to build confidence and join the employment market. Outreach services and home visits available. Translation and interpreting service for other agencies for which there is a charge.

The local community, particularly people facing social exclusion or disadvantage.
Languages
Arabic, Bengali, Punjabi, Urdu and access to interpreters.
