Advice, information and support around parenting skills for mothers under stress with children aged under 5. Women must commit to using the centre for 2 days a week. 24 hour telephone support network, drop-in sessions, individual counselling, therapy group sessions, workshops, personal development programme. Befriending. Play areas and activities for children. Run by Family Welfare Association.
