All Saints Community Care Project: All Saints Community Care Project offers these services: Drop-in and resource centre for people (16+) with mental health problems or learning difficulties, people who are isolated or experiencing emotional distress. Range of social, recreational and educational opportunities and a range of structured activities. Low cost meals and drinks are available at the sessions.
